2as = vo2 - vf2; use this equation to find your “s” which when you plug it all in you will get a max height of “100 feet” assuming you used -32ft/s^2 as your acceleration. then plug in 100 feet for your “s” and find vf  tell me if you get it. and i’ll help with the other one
